Meet the Speaker
Ph.D. Evolutionary Biology
Dr. Rick Oliver holds a Ph.D. in Evolutionary Biology and now dedicates his scientific expertise to defending the accuracy of Scripture. With a solid science background, Dr. Oliver established a science education program at Mount Hermon Conference Center and is a member of Logos Research Associates.
Dr. Oliver has spoken at churches, camps, and conferences across the country, and has lectured internationally in England, Egypt, and Israel. His presentations equip believers with sound scientific evidence supporting the accuracy of the Bible, covering topics such as Science and the Bible, Information Theory, and the geological evidence from Mount St. Helens.
Together with his wife Susan, Dr. Oliver travels sharing the message that God’s Word is true from beginning to end, providing viable scientific alternatives to the teachings of Darwinian Evolution and the long ages taught from the geologic column.
