“I’m grateful for Dr. Oliver’s presentation”

It had been a long time since this young man attended church other than last Mother’s Day. After his mom attended Calvary Chapel Eastside, WA and heard Rick’s lecture, she offered her son $25 to come with her to Rick’s evening presentation. Her son stayed 15 minutes longer than he intended and when his mom went to his apartment to pay him, he told her, no, that he was grateful for Dr. Oliver’s presentation because for the first time he was clearly shown there are alternatives to the secular science, and he’d be back to church since he now chooses to believe God’s Word.

This is why we are out here, and as we “go,” we hear this over and over. Many have decided to either accept Jesus as their Savior for the first time, or if they have left the church, they have returned and decided to walk with God again.
